All orders will be sent by YUDEL or ROYAL MAIL 48 tracked service. and cost £3.99 for all size single order.

All orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day and should arrive within their allotted time period. Orders placed after 12 noon, on a weekend or over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the 2 working days.

On some occasions, delivery could take 5-7 days, if item is not in stock and we need to get it deliver from other warehouse or Supplier, if its not Welcome Pharma's own brand or product.

Our courier is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses using our free 48-hour tracked delivery service. If you need your goods delivering to a PO Box, please select our 24-hour express delivery service when placing your order.

Please be aware that on rare occasions or during busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate the non-arrival of goods until after 5-7 working days.
